Some new stationary arrived this week. I came to realize last year that I don’t really work well with physical planners which completely bummed me out as I adore the Traveler’s Notebook form a great deal. Instead of using it as a planner I am going to see if I can use it as a commonplace/Zibaldoni notebook for research purposes and a physical reading journal as well. I opted to get lined and graphed refills. I grew up writing on graphed paper until I moved to the US and haven’t really used it since. I thought it would be nice to revisit.
It’s been a few years since I have used gel pens (I rarely write and when I do I use my fountain pens) and thought it would be fun to see what gel pens are like. I opted to try the Uniball One in colors I feel likely to use right now – black, purple, and grey. And of course some ephemera, loose stickers of books and cats.
